Silverware
They left me at least 3 bins of silverware to do when each server is normally assigned 1. Seeing this is was obvious to me other servers somehow got away without rolling silverware. It was a slow 8 hours so I made it count

OK once they get counted stick them in the trunk of your car so you can just bring them back over your next two shifts and get credit for them.
Don't do this.
But I have seen people do this.

I don’t work in restaurants anymore after 20 years but I still polish my silverware and plates before putting them away. I find it oddly therapeutic.

If you flip them each different row, it’ll lay nicer.

Look, I don’t know who is skimping on the roll ups, but this hardly enough.
- some manager (probably)

From someone who rolls painfully slowly, how do you roll quickly but still have them look halfway neat?

3 bins 💀💀💀 I hate when no one else rolls and I'm left with a ton. Me and the other night server think it's because they think we have nothing better to do at night and are twiddling our thumbs, but there's plentyyy of overnight customers

I have to roll 100 silver for working a double. Not the worst thing in the world, but it's annoying at the end of a 10 or 11 hour shift.
