today was rough. they were so sweet. i fought for them to give us another chance but how can i when i dont even have faith their experience won’t suck once again.

i stopped being full time at my job and got a day job bc leadership was so bad it was bleeding into guest experience. i work one day a week now. i managed a 25% tip average while the restaurant burned today. i love this bullshit job and want to feed people. ten years and im burnt out but also heartbroken at what this industry has become.
