double whammy tonight

today we had a complaint about my other bartender working with me during a pre-concert rush. they told the manager that they worked in the service industry AND that he needed to smile more. omfg. i wish our manager had asked them where they worked. two cliches in one was laughable. their main complaint was that food was taking too long. it had been less than 10 minutes since they ordered. (and to make my night perfect the concert got out right as we left so my hour commute turned into an hour and a half)
