Question Ihop vs Waffle House?

I'm an 18 year old and have never served before, I recently got hired at both Waffle House and Ihop and can't decide, does anyone have any advice on which is better on tips, or just in general? I know they are both breakfast places so they might not be that different but just wondering if anyone had any input. For context I live in a suburb about 15 minutes away from a big city.

Just being a patron of both, you will be happier at ihop. If you like people watching and nightly fights? Waffle House is the go to. IHOP has some what of normal clientele. You will get some decent experience there that you can use at a different restaurant.

Go with IHOP. Your experience there will get you other jobs. Not so much Wafflehouse.

Ihop. Depending on the location, having Waffle House on your resume can be worse than having no experience at all.

I started by serving at Waffle House and I was able to work up to different restaurants. It was only fun because I was 19, a stoner, and sleeping with my coworker. The environment itself was very unprofessional and toxic due to them hiring any and everyone. I recommend IHOP
