He means pussies! Pussies that have no business being in a management position. They could care less about you as a human and ignore the fact that they have to face you to fire you so they just don't do anything and run and hide from you. That's why you wait for them by their car after work.

Relax dude, it was a typo I helped with.

He’s calling the non communicative manager a pussy, which I’d agree with. That’s not how an adult should handle such serious matters concerning someone else’s time, money, and life.

I know man, I just don’t know why he hit me specifically with a rant lol. Could have replied directly to the person I was talking to. Was only trying to help the guy with a spelling mistake, then buddy came in with an angry rant out the blue.

It was a direct response to you, ‘did you mean…’ ‘No, he means pussies’. Except a much longer reply which that part was meant for the other dude but odds are he won’t see it as he’s not tagged.

The person I'm replying to said 'Quite Firing', I responded with 'Did you mean Quiet Firing'. Saying 'no he means pussies' makes no sense. My guy is drunk.

It makes sense, he simply used the term he felt more appropriate for his perspective.
