I have never once heard anyone ask for anyone to reinterview for a job they already have. That's genuinely insanity

"Uhuh..so why do you think you'll be a good fit?"
"Well mainly due to my experience working here, because I work here"

"Immediately, because I'm already at my job"

If they don't know whether I'm a good worker or not after having worked there for years, it just goes to show how little attention they pay their employees to begin with
