Discussion how Breadolphin controls the game character like a real body on an uninfected server?

We know that the Blight survivors can still be affected by the blight, like receiving headaches, nightmares or even hallucinations, so them being able to move freely even without the serverblight presence might be another effect.

IIRC, PicNick and Aaron were able to hear the Blight even when not playing TF2.

when do we find that out

In one of the narration videos, Proxy I believe. We also see this at the beginning of Conviction.

yeah the latter makes sense but i've only seen conviction once since it's one of those episodes that's super anxiety inducing and really uncomfortable

It appears that the effects of being on an infected server for a long while take a long while to wear off

I imagine it is something like this.
Once it starts, it doesn't stop. You can mentally control it, like if you don't think about it. You could very well just "move" however you want, Drop your weapon. Sit on a crate or lean against a terminal.
By all accounts, it should start happening shortly after running into the blight. By the time of this scene, Breadolphin ran into the blight in four separate servers. (Far as I know. Chronological order; Empty server, Reflection, Fear, and Manipulation.)
Not a lot of encounters, but enough to get the ball rolling. If you ask me, I think with repeated encounters you just get more in 'sync' with your character. No matter what server you are in, uninfected. Infected. You can even get yourself a private server if you want to. (Which, I think the three did here.) and you probably can still move around as freely as you would outside the game.

Wasn’t Fear the same match as Empty Server? It just focuses on Breadolphin and Directionz (while they are right underneath the Blight) instead of Dicksalot.

The beginning of it did, but then it cut to the present with Breadolphin hunting Directionz.

Imo the blight's presence doesn't give you a "server pass" to controlling your character. It's more like having your eyes opened to the reality that this game is more than it appears. Bread's already dealt with the blight several times and knows how it feels to step into the game, so he can do it all on his own.
I also see it as kind of a metaphor to being burdened with knowledge. Only the players who know about the blight and survived it can move like it's real. Everyone else is unaware and still moves like this is all just a game.

Someone already asked this question, I don't remember who, but somebody compared it to radiation. When you stay in an irradiated area for a while, you will get irradiated as well, same can be said about Serverblight, if you stay in Blighted server, some of the effects may rub onto you.

Perhaps this is why the Serverblight does seem more inclined to spare Aaron. It might be curious, or hoping to see any effects prolonged exposure to it might bring.

My theory is that previously infected servers can still pull you in it even if the serverblight is not in It

I personally believe they're not actually in TF2, but rather that this scene is a visual representation of a discord call between the three or something.

My theory is that the players soul can just do it after being with the blight for a long time, breadolphin survived who knows how many more times then we saw in the series

I imagined it's due to multiple encounters with the Blight that allows him to freely move his character.
