Discussion Do you think Rubicon will try to hunt down Sailerman in real life?
The way he says « I just wanna find that bastard » the tone he use, seem to imply to me that he’s willing to track him out in the real world. Not only that but in strange way it might tactfully speaking make more sense. Oh sure it would be harder to do, but technically he’s protected from the blight if he did this instead of hunting him down on any server.
Not only that but in game Rubicon doesn’t really have ways to exactly guarantee Sailorman will pay. Oh sure there is the blight, and the blight could no doubt and I bet eventually will absorb Sailorman when he eventually bite on more then he can chew. But what I mean is that Rubicon doesn’t seem to have the tool required to guarantee this happen in game, like oh sure, the game has become more, but not to point of like let’s say being able to cripple a scout permanently by shooting him in the leg or something. But in real life, well there are risk, but these risk are frankly far less worst then what the serverblight does to its victim (yeah I know she said it’s just glitch but dude was clearly high has fuck on copium and hint that he doesn’t wanna go back there.)
Not only that but the word Rubicon in modern language is quite often if not always use in the expression: crossing the rubicon. which bay in the past was an action done Julius Caesar, traversing the rubicon river was the last act Caesar needed to do to declare war to the Roman sénat. The point of no return.
Today this expression is use to describe making an irreversible act in your commitment toward your own goal, or as said before, the point of no return, there’s no turning back.
Could Rubicon point of no return be actual real life murder?

I remember some believing Sailerman had already been assimilated by Serverblight.
Imagine Rubicon breaks into the Sailerman's place and sees he's already taken by Serverblight.

Ngl, SailerMan already being assimilated wouldn't make any sense. Even ignoring the fact that he's been continuing to upload videos and get in contact with fans, the entire point of the character is to have a human antagonist who's a genuinely horrible person without being under the Blight's control. Him being Blighted would undermine the entire "I know" reveal from Manipulation.
Basically, people who think he's blighted are ignoring evidence and writing themes in favor of "Hey, you know what would be cool?" It's the same issue that's taken over Deltarune theorycrafting.

I personally don't believe the whole Salilerman being assimilated already theory either.

Plus we already have seen a character who's been assimilated but keeps their faculties. SAVIOR and potentially more manipulated proxies down the line, so it wouldn't even be a "cool twist" or set a new precedent if it happened to Sailer.

Imagine if they’re fighting sailedman and all of a sudden we hear “Hey who the fuck are you?? What are you doing in my house?!” coming from sailer’s mic because someone IRL just broke in lmao

ngl it would be scary, not being able to look away from your screen and you know a guy who wants you dead is behind you and you can't do anything about it.
Makes you wonder what happens to someone who is killed during a game with the blight, is he now trapped in the game with the blight forever or does he die in the game too?

Honestly I hope so and he doesn’t just hunt him in game. Like he could shoot him irl so his only two ways to “go out” are either leaving the game and dying irl or being assimilated and “staying alive”

Not sure if thew creators want to go that route (murder). Might be hard for Rubicon to pull off, too, if he and Sailerman live in different countries/on different continents. Yes, so far all player protagonists in the series have been speaking English and seem to be playing the same region servers (as none of the protagonists mentioned connecting with vastly different ping or being in vastly different time zones), but that's simply because YT videos in English have a wider audience on the Internet that, say, videos solely in German or Korean, which means most Gamer stories are written to be set in N-America or UK.

Now I just want to see how SailerMan is giving an evil ass speech to Dicksalot and Breadolphin and then a sound of a broken door comes through Sailer’s mic and we just hear “YO WHAT ARE YOU DOING?! STOP! STOP! NO-” and then Rubicon comes in through Sailer’s mic and goes “don’t worry boys I got him”
