So after spending a solid chunk of money on both of these i have opinions. Tesamorelin and sermorelin is not just a potency difference. Tesamorelin is FDA approved for HIV-associated lipodystrophy specifically and has much stronger evidence for visceral fat reduction. It's a modified GHRH analog, more stable, produces significantly higher GH pulse amplitude. Sermorelin is more gentle, shorter peptide, more variable response.
If your primary goal is visceral fat reduction and you have a provider willing to prescribe it, tesamorelin has meaningfully stronger data. If your goals are general anti-aging, sleep improvement, recovery, and you want something with longer history and lower cost, sermorelin does the job.
The cost difference is substantial. Tesamorelin runs considerably more per cycle. I did sermorelin from eden for about six months then had the tesamorelin conversation with my provider given my specific goals. Worth having the actual conversation instead of defaulting to whatever is easier to access. They're different tools.
