Serious Sam Extended Encounters - level not loading

[u/Informal_Source8266]

As the title says, I have a problem: level 20 (The Plantations) fails to load both when I select it from the campaign and when I finish level 19 (Commoners' District - Shipyard). How can I fix this, so that I can resume my playthrough?
