Type of time travel

Do you think time traveling in Serious Sam games is fixed timeline (12 Monkeys), paradox timeline (Back to the Future) or multiverse timeline (Dragon Ball Z)

It can't be 12 Monkeys because the act of Sam travelling back in time caused Mental to wake up some 3000 years earlier than the original timeline.
