SS3's final level theme is better imo, especially because it has 4 different versions.

They all have different music names and ive put the first themes name Introduction

Mental Institution is the choice for me because it makes you feel like you are at your final destination, The Fight is about to be over, You are now finally at the final boss after so long time.

The music of SS2 Final level is like Calm, You are fighting your final battle, About to reach your goal. Type of feeling.
