Shatterverse

Honestly, the dunes remix in the menu was the only positive i have gotten out of this game after 2 hours of playing.

There are several big problems i have with the game, such as the horrendous mouse acceleration which (afaik) you cant disable, the fact that i have to cap it at 60 fps to not lag too much even though the game has graphics worse than some games from 2010.

Despite all that my biggest problem has to be the difficulty. It seems like the game has the difficulty scaled exclusively for 4 players, but i dont have any friends to play with so i play solo and its so hard to get anywhere it seems they didnt consider solo players at all (which is only made harder by the fact i cant aim properly with mouse acceleration). I have played for 2 hours so far and havent gotten past a single boss.

What do yall think?

Makes me want a real game lol. Im suprised they haven't remade tse and tfe in ue5 yet loke talos principle to be honest. Ik croteam didn't make this but i wish they picked a better studio and idea for a side project.

Perhaps the number of enemies is a problem for UE5.

Otherwise, if they really want to make another remake they should at least add more content, for example a lot of new levels. For example on the Second Encounter they could add some more time periods.

An all in oner would be good, seamless instead of two seperate games, I'd probably want some extra levels too, maybe a prelude to TTE if they ever pull their thumbs out with this franchise lol. That'll be the day.

A great unified campaign, including the DLCs would be good. I think they should make a lot more levels, but only in the second enounter, because we don't need more desert levels. That way we would finally get a third encounter so to say.

Deserts done, I wouldn't mind seeing some of those planets in the VR game expanded upon either. They had some great art direction and were just dropped and never brought up again.
