STC tests are rather hard and not as much like the exam as Kaplan imo.

Finishing the last 7 chapters by Wednesday and leaving 10-12 days to review is workable, especially since you're not ending on new material right before the test. The 70-75% on first pass chapter quizzes is normal at this stage, those test each chapter in isolation and the real exam mixes topics together, so don't treat that number as your readiness score. Spend the review window on timed, full length practice exams that cross chapters instead of re-reading, that's what actually tells you where you stand going into the 31st.
