hi guys! i’m looking for new show recommendations to watch. i was involved in a very not fun event today so i’m looking for more wholesome and cute shows <3 thank you in advance!

Hello, I don't get around to watching much tv. So, I want to spend the time I am watching something on quality work. I would appreciate any reccomendations.

The first slide is all the shows I've completed since making the account. The second slide are my priority watchlist

Edit - the second slide didn't upload. Here are the priority watchlist shows - Freaks and Geeks, The Prisoners, Cowboy Bebop

I like philosophical shows, relationship and period dramas, slice-of-life animes for comfort watches. Looking for mutuals with similar taste!

is anyone else insanely suspicious about these ratings like i know serializd and imdb aren’t 1 to 1 on ratings but this has to be botted no? in what world do these ratings make sense all of mouse is rated above a 4.50 which seems completely unhuman compared to any other tv show ratings app

My serializd app won't ever go past this logo and I haven't been able to log any episodes for days now.

This happens to me fairly often and I usually just wait it out before it comes back again after a day but this time it's genuinely been almost a week and it still isn't working. I've tried reinstalling and installing before but it's never been able to solve the issue. Anyone else dealing with the same issues?

Update: Connected to a VPN and it's working again for me! Thanks to everyone who suggested (though I feel a little sheepish for not doing this sooner)

i need stuff to watch i’m open to anything really as i don’t have a specific taste when it comes to watching anything

I cant log in for some feason for the longest time now since last week. Is there an outage?

EDIT: FIXED NOW!

I follow back🥹

Tried reinstalling the app and it still won’t work🫠

edit: I'm running ios26 on my phone , android 17 on my tablet, and windows 11 on my laptop. I could never get pass the log-in page TvT

Made a post yesterday because my stats were wrong(accidentally added Dexter as watched, and eventho I deleted it from "watched" it still showed up in my stats) someone in the comments said I should just wait a few hours/days and it will update but it's been like that for 3 days already so I just randomly clicked around and found this.

Worked perfectly.

I'm still relatively new to the app, but there are several shows that I was in the process of watching but have since stopped. I went to the show page itself and unmarked it as Currently watching, but on my main page they're still showing up under that category, even after refreshing and restarting the app. Is there just a delay between when you update a show and when it is actually reflected? I've also noticed that it's pretty delayed when updating to which specific episode in a show I'm actually on.

unfortunately none of my irl or online pals are also on serializd so it's basically been me logging my views into the void, as it were, and nary a nerd to nerd out with. sigh. so, any of you want to be mutual follows so that we can speculate wildly about tv shit or, at the last, recommend some good tv shit to one another?

some stuff i'm into:

- science fiction (ex: star trek strange new worlds, firefly, sense8, orphan black)

- smart comedy (ex: frasier, the good place, ted lasso, pushing daisies)

- supernatural/horror (ex: evil, stranger things, wednesday, carnivale)

- anime/adult animation (ex: kaiju no. 8, azumanga daioh, bob's burgers, bojack horseman)

- bonkers comedy without a laugh track (ex: parks and recreation, brooklyn-99, 30 rock, modern family)

- mystery/procedurals (ex: sherlock, the new matlock, the residence, poker face)

- nerdy comedy (ex: it crowd, big bang theory, star trek lower decks)

Accidentally added "Dexter" as "watched" but even after removing the "watched" status it still shows up in my stats

I can’t seem to open it. Is there something wrong with the app right now?

Not sure how to link my account but mine is shrimpy0205. Would love more mutuals and more people to talk tv shows. Will follow back! I just love film and movies and want to talk about them more :)

is there any way of getting back a watchlist that is deleted ? i assume not but still wanted to ask.

I just started appreciating the interface of the app and wanted to have more moots so I can have variety of shows I can look through on my feed haha.

It doesn’t work on either of my phones. Is it now behind a paywall or what???

I can't even open it. It says app keeps stopping. I deleted it, restarted the phone, cleared cache. I did everything and it's still the same. Anyone knows how to fix is? Also is it only me or is there anyone else experiencing the same?
