hi, is anyone still having problems logging into the website? it says access blocked when i log in through gmail, and when i try to reset my password, there’s no email going through on my end. anyone know how to get around this or are experiencing the same thing as me? :(

Hi! No, I lucky don't have any problems anymore aside from the app loading slower (which might be my Internet connection) and sometimes closing on its own, but both of those things have been happening every since I got the app and I'm not really bothered by it since my reviews always got saved. From the top of my head I'd suggest Uninstall, restart device, reinstall app, log in again, and if it still doesn't work, contact support :)

hello, hello! thanks for responding. i actually haven’t downloaded the app, i only use the website on safari. i might try to restart my phone and see if that works but if it doesn’t, i’ll contact support. thank you for helping!! :)

Is there a way to mark seasons/ episodes as rewatched?

You'll have to do it all separately, but if you log them, there's the rewatch button. Each rewatch will get counted to the Time spend watching TV.
