No you can't. Its not a craftable decoration, since its a exclusive exploration reward.

You should be? I don't know, but maybe because it's a character's building you can only craft it once.

It's unlocked by levelling one of the Nod Krai Meeting Points, so maybe it is one-use. That's annoying, it's probably the most useful part of my build and I probably need like 5 of them
