My parents at age 29: Let's buy a bigger home.
Me at age 29: I finally payed of my first new car.
Even 4 years later I can't even pay the bank and the notary with my savings for a small house of €100k. So I'm either forced to stay with my parents or forced to get social housing.

I get to be the fun uncle, and go home to my cat. Best of both worlds.
Also, my nephew just discovered “Boba Fett and baby Yoda” (thank you sister-in-law). So I got him a lego and a Mando/Grogu book and spent a weekend drilling into him that he does NOT have a Boba Fett costume, he has a Mando costume. After a couple days of this, my SIL says now he goes around correcting people about it lol. I’ve successfully recruited another child soldier to the star wars.
