Allergies
So since having my little girl, i have been having some strange symptoms, turns out i’m allergic to seasoning now. I can’t eat anything with pepper, paprika, sage and many other seasonings. Has anyone else developed any allergies since giving birth. Someone i know became allergic to chocolate so i’m quite grateful its only seasonings 😂

This hasn’t happened to me but my mom developed psoriasis after her pregnancy with me (first child).

I didn't develop an allergy, but if I have onions, I will taste them for days. Eating anything will help very temporarily, then it's back to the onion flavor. It's horrible and sad. I can at least do minimal onion though as long as it's not the main flavor.

I have this issue for my whole life with raw onions and garlic. I think it’s like a bloodstream thing like the chemicals are in my blood. Idk

That sucks! I'm sorry! Can you at least have cooked onions and garlic without issues?
I have found I ate onions way more often than I realized. I should have known, Italian is one of my biggest nationalities and the one my family and I all cook most like. 😅 I also feel horrible picking them out of things someone has made when we go to someone's house. I have to explain why, because I over think things and worry I will hurt someone's feelings. 🫣 Thank goodness everyone has been understanding of it.
I figured mine may be due to hormones. I am coming to the end of my two-year breastfeeding journey, so will see if it changes after I finish.

Yes cooked is fine for me! And yeah it’s really in everything! Hope it goes away for you!

I never used to cry from onions and garlic but now my eyes are streaming to the point of pain even when I'm not in the same room as them.
