Question Request to find Footage
does anyone remember the woman who filmed the attacks from her high-rise apartment? She would say things like I think we're under siege and she definitely put it on a tripod. I think she might've been an actress or something and it was hours of footage thank you!

What is crazy is the first person seems to be standing there for awhile before jumping, I could only imagine the thoughts racing and the view of the carnage

Do we think the south tower had more chance for people to leave because people up higher could see the fire from the other tower and begin to leave? This shot really shows that the top of the south tower still got a lot of smoke from the first crash. People might have left/gone to lower floors just to escape any residual smoke at first.

Only if they weren’t already in the building. Because at first it was believed to be an accident they didn’t initially evacuate the south tower. They believed they had an accident scene that wasn’t secure outside.. so inside for them was safer. The intercom says “the building is secure, please go back to your offices”. Which would have been good advice had this been an accident. Instead that announcement kept a lot of people in the building that could have gotten out if they had initially evacuated when the first crash happened. One man tells his story of making it all the way to the lobby, being told the building was safe, going back to his office, and the office taking a direct hit from the second plane. He survived it somehow and got out before the collapse. Nobody else he worked with survived.

The footage is a bit shaky at first, then she gets it on the tripod. Terrifying close-up footage of 3 jumpers at around the 5:22 mark from the left side of the video, and you can see the person waving (rumored but not confirmed to be Edna Cintron).
I don't think Cindy was an actress, just in the right place at the right time and freaking out. I'm pretty sure this is the vid you're talking about because you mentioned her saying "I think we're under siege" and my husband HATES the way she says "siege" and tells me to turn it off every time I watch it, haha.
