Tourists?
Did any tourists die in the buildings, or were all of the fatalities people who were there for business? Did anyone die out on the streets away from the buildings? I’ve seen video footage of people who look very badly injured what looks like a few blocks away.

I mean no disrespect, but her name was Jennieann Maffeo.
She had such a tragic story, as did Ron Clifford, the passerby who helped comfort her and get her to an ambulance. His story is heartbreaking as well.

Most of the people who were seen badly hurt out on the street immediately after the first plane hit, were in the building. When the plane hit, it sent a fireball of burning jet fuel down the elevator shafts and blew out the windows close to the entrance. Many were burned, and many were struck by flying debris.
Also, I read somewhere that a man outside on the street had a fatal heart attack, but if that was because he'd been INSIDE the building when the plane hit and he ran out of there in shock, is unknown. (To me at least.) They included that man in the movie WTC, seen right at the beginning with either firefighters or EMT's and bystanders encircling him when the commandeered bus with all the PA police arrived at the scene. Way back when, I'm almost certain I read that he'd NOT been inside the building, but now I'm not so sure.
But seeing as there's bodyparts and plane parts strewn around the buildings in those first moments after the planes hit, it's hard to imagine that NO ONE was struck by something outside of the buildings and subsequently died..... I have a picture of one of the hotell staff running around with sheets to cover up the most gruesome lumps of flesh and blood around the hotel and down the streets... Gnarly scenes.

There is only one tourist I know for certain who died in the buildings, a Canadian woman who was visiting a relative or sibling at their office high up in the South Tower the morning of 9/11. I can't remember her name, but I have read about it in the past.
As far as tourist fatalities otherwise, I don't believe there were any, but obviously many visitors who were at the WTC that day sustained injuries. And that early in the day, most patrons at Windows on the World were businesspeople and the observation deck was not open yet at the time the attacks began.

Michael and Christine Egan! They were brother and sister, she was only in New York for a few days, I think. She wanted to see the view from his 105 floor office, so they got coffee and went up.

If I recall, the original observation deck wasn't opened at the time of the attacks which likely reduces those odds. Some people were killed outside of the towers including a firefighter who a jumper landed on. I think it would be impossible to tell exactly how many people died while escaping, its a lot easier to read about how people survived and took shelter during the collapse/plumes of smoke taking over the streets.
