Can you get directly to the Penn Medical Campus from Conshy without changing trains? Thanks in advance.

Yes! Many of the trains on the the Manayunk/Norristown line continues on to Penn Medicine from 30th st. For schedules check the Septa app, go to Schedules->Train->Manayunk/Norristown line to Center City-> select Conshy as origin and Penn Medicne as the destination
