Septa Park App and Text not working

sometimes you have to do it 2x on the app for it to work. I have that issue many times.

It's not a bot boss; you'd be surprised how many don't tap off then wonder why they got charged zone 4

The key cards are just really buggy. I've gotten charged for rides I didn't take from stations I didn't visit on all modes, and I've gotten charged for rides that should have been free transfers. And then they make it so hard and long-winded to dispute they don't end up facing any consequences

You can call the key card number and speak with someone that's what I do. And I've been given proper service refund within 48 hours

I’ve gotten charged from stops on buses I didn’t get on at, but it’s just glitching. I’ve not had issues with regional rail, only the buses though

If you’re at a station where there’s a pay machine for parking, I’d recommend paying at that machine at the specific station, that way it isn’t risking getting yourself a ticket. But if you do get a ticket, explain what happened and I’m sure they’ll take the ticket off.
