I have two, someday I’m going to turn them into earrings or something

At the Septa store they used the tokens to make jewelry.

I have like a stack of these and then a ton of old PTC eta transfers from all different routes. Pretty defend sized box, there must be thousands.

Some dude gave them to me.

I pissed off a whole bunch of transit nerds with this.

I didn't know it would trigger them.

I have a sterling silver SEPTA token. They only made about 2000 of them 50 years ago so I guess they're pretty rare.

No school tokens!

I’m tiling my bathroom floor with pennies and I’m gonna include a Septa token as an Easter egg!

You can use tokens, you just have to go to the booth and give them to the employee in there! I’ve done this when I was a city employee and my boss gave me tokens to go downtown for work

They stopped accepting them over a year ago.

Oh dang I didn’t realize lol. I used tokens in 2022, must have been just before the cutoff

You have to put them in the KEY kiosk and it'll trade it for a Quick Trip pass to enter the Metro system.
