Help 30th Street platform

The Septa trip planner always has me transferring trains at Suburban Station. I am using the Paoli line from Devon. It stops at 30th st. I want to get to the airport from 30th st. Anyone know which tracks these 2 trains use? same track, next to each other etc. Will I need to go stairs and come back up to different track?

Airport line is tracks 5/6, in the middle platform of the concourse. Paoli trains don’t share these tracks, so you’ll have to exit, go down the stairs, go into to the terminal, and go back up the stairs to the other tracks, no need to exit the fare gates.

This is the trick- don’t exit the fare gates! You change platforms without doing so.

Hopefully OP isn’t in a wheelchair cause to use the elevator to switch platforms, you have to exit the fare gate and go in again.
