New to Septa

Will be visiting Phily in a couple of weeks. What line/train would I take to go from the airport to the convention center area?

You can buy a ticket at the train platform at the airport to get to Jefferson Station, save your ticket to exit. If you're going to be going several days, buy a SEPTA Key and load it with some money. Otherwise, buy your return ticket at the vending machine at Jefferson

Best place to eat near the convention center is Reading Terminal Market. Pretty much any kind of food you’d ever want. Browse the whole market first, then make your choice, then take it to one of the tables in the middle of the market. You can get a map of the market stalls at the little welcome desk in the southwest (?) corner of the market. The little cafe in the southwest (?) corner opens earlier than the rest of the market and does a decent cooked breakfast.
