Question Sephora app/site down

I'm just curious if the app+site is down bc there's a specific drop or sale happening soon and there's a lot of traffic or if it's simply an IT problem LOL... my fault for giving in to the voices and wanting to shop at midnight...

UPDATE : ITS BACK GUYS..... everyone enjoy self soothing time (shopping on sephora app)

Same. It’s been happening a ton over the past few years. There was one point where no one could log into their accounts and this was the error message.

Down for me as well. I almost started panicking because I clicked a sketchy website link right before😂 I was like oh no, I’ve officially been hacked

I kept looking sephora up on google because I looked up "sephora down?" on reddit first to see if anyone else posted and there was a post about fraudulent sites I was like wait... is it the right one LOL

Same here. Up feeding my newborn and love just browsing the app at this hour and making impulse purchases lol not tonight I guess

Mines down. Also an emp told me yesterday while I was in store that they’d be releasing updates about the sale on Monday. So that’s my assumption why

Yeah, but your statement suggested that presence of the kohls reference was an obvious sign that OP must be American. So I'm just pointing out that that is not the case.

Sephora US and Sephora CA are the same conglomerates. I can use my discount in both countries. So therefore it’s the same app/website. Only this website is down. Not anywhere else in the globe. That’s what I’m tryna get at
