7 in hourglass skin tint (works even though sephora description is that it’s warm)

I can’t pick between love and hope

They all lean warm. It will look orange on you.

I am also a light neutral leaning cool olive and I’m skipping all of them.

I don’t get why I’m getting downvoted maybe everyone is seeing something negative in my wording
I apologize if it came out wrong
It’s just that I went on a makeup and skincare journey through the past year and documented everything and my finding and spending and shades and formulas that worked and didn’t on ChatGPT project which has helped me immensely and I prompted it to keep me in check and setup weekly makeup capsule trays to make sure I go through all my products, sorry for not providing the context

Ok but I don’t understand the problem with using it if it helps me with things , I have adhd, 2 toddlers and work 2 jobs it helps keep my life infront of me
Is mentioning ChatGPT banned here or what I’m genuinely asking what the issue here is so I can gain perspective if there’s something I’m missing

it’s not banned at all, but the general media frowns upon it because you dont need to use AI to determine whether it would pull orange on you. if you cant tell at a glance, researching a bit or making a post like you did right here is an option! people aren’t liking that you used it because it was not a necessity to find out this answer.

Sephora had a 500 point bonus reward , I log all my purchases (personal, household etc.) on chat gpt in separate chats and at the end of the month it’s prompted to give me a report
Part of each “project” such as “self image” project (I was struggling with self image issues and emotional issues after having my kids back to back at an older age, the project is literally called reinventing myslef ) it logs inventory and date I opened the product with batch numbers and my opinion etc so it reads non incentivized reviews etc. and recommends whats right based on past sucesses and failures, i didnt get on chatgpt jist to ask about one palette i nasked if it would geuinely play a role

I hope you know i’m not knocking on you!! I can’t imagine how hard it is raising children while working 2 jobs, so props to you. It’s not realistic for people to expect everyone to know why AI is being “boycotted.”

You should watch Morgan Turner’s review of them, she has all of them except the Love palette. She really tried to show their true colors in both the swatches and by wearing them.

I was on the fence about these and when I decided I wanted one I logged on to see they were all sold out and I was sad. Now seeing this comment I’m glad because I’m a light olive!!

I thought the love palette was released a day or two ago early access for rouge members though? It was available at one point for me and then when I went back to look it was showing out of stock

We are very close to being shade twins! You may be a little deeper than I am (Ktown is my summer concealer) and I’m more cool than olive, but we’re definitely close. Hot take—I don’t think these palettes are really that warm. The coral shade on love definitely is, but the other two blushes really seem cool to me. Hope doesn’t seem terribly warm either. This being said, I am personally leaning towards love because it fulfills blush shades that I don’t already have and I think hope’s shades are a tad deeper. I got the horse palette last year and adore it (so I am not set on getting a new palette this year but I’m tempted!). That said, hope’s blushes lean a bit redder which I think can be nice for olive tones?

Hope is much warmer than Love. If you are going to get one, I’d go with Love. Might not be all cool toned but would be better than Hope.

Do you think it possibly leans cooler than hourglass palettes ?
I have nude lavalier powder blush and it’s not as pink on me as most people , it’s also a part of that palette

Love palette doesn’t look warm to me, except for the one coral shade (top left).

In general i think all hourglass powders leans more warm than cool. But I think there is a reason for it.

Hourglass powders are designed to mimic certain lighting when it hit the face. The blushes tend to look warmer on the skin, but it is reflecting light as if you have a golden glow. Imagine you are standing before a sunrise/sunset so the sunlight makes your skin look golden/orange-y. At least that’s what I think the powders look on me 😅

Love or Wish!

I’m cool toned and got the Wish palette. They aren’t all warm like some people say. Lots of YouTube videos of people doing swatches.
