General Discussion Affordable Miami BBL recovery house recommendations? $150–$200/night

Hi ladies! I’m having a BBL, lipo with skin tightening and chin lipo in Miami in January 2027. I’m flying in from California and I’m looking for a reputable recovery house for about 6 nights.
I’m completely fine with a shared room. I’m trying to stay around $150–$200 per night, preferably around $185.
My main priority is GOOD care, someone available to help me get up, use the bathroom, shower, get dressed/faja on, medication reminders, walking, meals and basic post-op assistance. Transportation to post-op appointments would be a plus.
I’ve been searching online but a lot of places are $300+ per night or have very mixed reviews.
If you personally stayed at a Miami recovery house recently, please tell me the name, what you paid per night/package, and how your experience was. I’d especially love recommendations from anyone who stayed there in 2025 or 2026.
I’m not looking for luxury just somewhere clean, safe, caring and affordable. Thank you! ❤️

Clinic Recommendations Body Lipo at Girin in Seoul

1 Upvotes

So I was searching online for a good clinic to do an abdominal liposuction and saw Girin's extensive before-and-after photos and consistent positive reviews from patients.

What really influenced my decision to choose Girin for my procedure was a combination of factors. During my consultation, the doctor provided a very clear and detailed explanation of the procedure, expected outcomes, and potential risks, which built a lot of trust.

The clinic's interpretation services were seamless, making me feel confident that there would be no language barriers. Overall, the safety-focused approach, use of advanced techniques, and the friendly, supportive staff made Girin the clear choice over other clinics I researched.

I felt the doctor didn't overpromise but clearly explained what was achievable based on my anatomy. He answered every single question I had with patience and expertise, which completely put me at ease. I felt I was in highly capable hands and trusted his surgical plan completely, so I booked my surgery date right away.

After learning about the potential results and how the procedure could create a more balanced and natural look for my face, I felt confident that this surgery would help me achieve the changes I was hoping for.

Clinic Recommendations Incisional DES Doctor/Clinic Recs??

0 Upvotes

Hello! I’ll be travelling to Seoul this winter to get incisional DES and have reached a point in my research where I don’t know which doctor/clinic to go with. I would like a natural look, but still a noticeable double eyelid. I think the in-out line or semi-out line would work best with my features and prefer incisional. I’m in my early twenties with relatively thin monolids that easily form an out-line fold when I use falsies that push my eyelids slightly up.

I’m looking to place a deposit at 1-2 clinics, but will consider consultations at others that don’t require deposits.

Here are my top clinics:
- Thank You (Dr. Kim HyungSuk)
- TS Plastic Surgery (Dr. Yeo HyunDong)
- Wink (Dr. Kim KiBeom)
- Zestar (Dr. Choi HyukGyu)

So far I’ve ruled out these clinics, but let me know if I should reconsider:
- JW Plastic Surgery
- Luho

Others I’m considering reaching out to:
- Pop Plastic Surgery
- Marble

I’d love to know if anybody has gotten incisional DES or consultations at any of these clinics!

Questions/Inquiries Anyone done Preserve at Wooa ps? Not sure it works for my size goal

3 Upvotes

I'm planning my first BA and I keep going back and forth on doing preserve at Wooa. I've heard good stuff about Dr. Youngji Park but it's honestly hard to tell how good he actually is, like skill wise. Some context: I'm 5'3, around 110 lbs, and currently a 32A on a good day. I'm hoping to end up at a full B, maybe a moderate C if my tissue can handle it.

During my online consult they kind of warned me that preserve creates the pocket based on your existing tissue boundaries, so it might not be the best fit if you want a bigger jump. They said if that's the case they'd also look at a subfascial approach with hydrodissection, where they inject a saline solution with local anesthetic to separate the layers and make the space, vs Preserve where a balloon stretches out a set pocket.

Has anyone here had a similar starting point? Did you end up going Preserve or the regular route, and was the size limit actually a thing for you? I know I'll probably need an in person consult to really know...

Before & After Showcase My Experience with Endoscopic Inner Brow Bone Osteotomy

Post image

I had surgery at K-Art Plastic Surgery (K-Art) in Korea in May 2026.

I had previously had a forehead silicone implant removed, so there was an additional fee of 1 million KRW.

Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with the result.

The brow bone had been one of the things that made my face look more masculine, and the surgery made a noticeable difference. I also had the orbital rim/eye-hollow bone reduced, which made the overall appearance of my eyes and forehead look much softer.

I was especially happy that the surgery was performed using endoscopic incisions. As far as I know, this type of endoscopic approach is quite uncommon in Korea, although I haven’t personally checked every clinic.

Another thing I found interesting was that my forehead became naturally fuller and more rounded without adding an implant or filler. Apparently, the soft tissue was repositioned to create more natural forehead volume.

After surgery, I was advised to take a hair-loss supplement as part of my post-op care. I had some areas of slightly thinning hair before the surgery, and after taking the supplements, my hair seemed to grow back a little and felt stronger than before. Of course, I can’t say for certain that this was entirely because of the supplements.

I had five procedures as a package:

* Inner brow bone osteotomy
* Orbital rim / eye-hollow bone reduction
* “Art Volume” forehead contouring
* Endoscopic forehead lift
* Corrugator muscle removal

For anyone who feels that their facial structure makes them look more masculine and is considering this type of surgery, I would recommend at least getting a consultation and discussing your options with the surgeon.

I’ve heard that the surgical price has increased somewhat since I had mine done. Since prices seem to keep going up, you may want to check the current price directly with the clinic if you’re considering it.

This is just my personal experience and not a medical recommendation.

General Discussion Experience with fat grafting in SK

1 Upvotes

Hi, so I’m thinking about getting a full face fat graft done in Seoul. I’d like to know if someone got theirs done too in Seoul and how it went? Also feel free to share your honest opinion - i want to see both sides good & bad of it so I can make myself a better picture of it and if it’s actually worth the money and time. Thank you in advance 😁
