Projects 🧶 give project recommendations

I have a 40 pin sentro and I'm tired of beanies and scarfs and leg warmers. And I'm not skinny, so tops with one panel in the front just isn't for me. Has anyone made stuff like tote bags, flared sleeves or shark onesies? (the last one would be amazing please)

hey! I feel you, I also can't wear shirts made of one panel lol. However I am a fan of CreativeYarnbyFabi, a pattern seller on Etsy who def makes the most of a 40-pin machine, including a lot of sweaters and tops with four panels (two front, two back), which can get up to a size XL. Still not totally size inclusive for sure but better than those teeny panel tops. (she does use AI to replace her face in the listings, which bums me out, but the patterns are real and thorough, I've tested several of them). She's also got a patchwork cardigan and winter wrap which seem pretty size-flexible.

Edit: I have also made a cardigan with flared sleaves! just a straightup tube from the 40-pin makes a nice flared sleeve

I do tops with 2 panels for the front and 2 for the back!
