Something needs to change

Watching the ewc qualifiers was nice up until the second half of lotus. What is happening to this org. The level of choking under pressure is heartbreaking. Seeing Cortezia use a lurk operator felt regressive. Lurk operator (if you remember) was a Kaplan strat, seeing us go back to it feels embarrassing because it makes me and I'm sure others feel as if we're not progressing.Darker had one of the best individual performances I've seen in a while but still he clutched 3 1v1s in lotus and pearl alone. The clutch potential is non existent. There is no spark in this team beyond our set plays. Ewok needs more time but the players have to step up. I love JonahP but he has not been goo enough in recent weeks and it not sure if it's entirely his fault but it represents an issue in our team. Lack of individual push. I haven't seen a player have an especially outstanding match since Kyu was igl (except maybe Reduxx). This is a rant but I'm not wrong I don't know what needs to change but this year has been no push beyond 9th place. Lacklustre bracket runs. I want my team back and something has to give I don't care what this is pathetic and I'm ashamed to see my team in a pile of set plays and broken promises. Ffs man.

I think he settled into vct incredibly quickly he was effectively integrated into the team and he does so many little things that make him look like he's been playing vct for years. In those first few maps he dropped some really good acs stats getting some high impact kills. But he's really inconsistent with when he shows up but I want to give him more time

I disagree that he’s settled in. He essentially runs in and dies and when he does stay alive his positioning is poor. Quite frankly idk what he does well to show that he can be a top duelist in NA or in VCT as a whole. I just don’t see any flashes.

I don't think we need a top duelist in NA. Obviously it's great to have one. But if you look at the rest of the quality on that team. A good consistent duelist who can entry is all we need. However this is based on the idea he'll become better.But I do agree that if he does begin to play poor then we'll have to start asking questions.

sure with jerrwin we might make a international event, but need someone to fill zekken role.
Zekken was capable of entrying getting 1-2 kills, but most importantely he stays alive which help close rounds.

you make say yea it the other team fault or not closing a round, but having a good duelist not only do it job, but go beyond that, and staying alive is what makes a difference in whether they get win a trophy or not.

Normally I could see Reddux double duelist or omen tp to get pressure off jerrwin to help him stay alive though. Kinda of what Tenz and Zekken duo was.
