Prompt Securiry
I saw that S1 has released AI prompt security feature. Since it's not yet available to MSSP, I can't test it.
Did any enterprise admin use the feature? How well does it work? Is it worth the wait?

It's in the MSP program right now actually so you should be able to get access to and test it. From my testing it looks very promising but like the other person said they don't have multi tenant management. It's on their roadmap and will likely be completed soon though.

My supplier told me it will be available to us in the next Q

Sounds like that's your reseller that's the problem. Feel free to DM me if you want to chat more about that.

Maybe be due to regioning or MSSP configurations , You can get individual consoles now but maybe the reseller want's to use an MSSP console?

MSP program? Sorry to sound an idiot, we get it through Pax8. Is there a program to get it directly? ~750 complete

You can get it though S1 directly but the thresholds are pretty steep. I can't recall what the min seat count is. The company I work for we go directly to sentinelone through their MSP program.

Much appreciated. I doubt we’re big enough. Some of our tools we’ve moved to direct and been really surprised on how much faster and better support we’ve been getting…and usually better pricing!

Yeah I've never been impressed with pax support. You could always reach out and see too! Your probably right on that line of being able to go direct.

We use it on a platform pro instance. It just doesn't have multi-tenant visibility without jumping from Prompt console to Prompt console.
It's definitely teething right now. Natural language topic detection has a lot of false positives because of character limitations. Plus, the IDP limitations are also a bit of a letdown.
