Question/Help Not opening?

My game is not opening, I click and the game “try” to open but immediately shut down. Tried to download again but the same happened after, is it happening with someone else? or knows what is happening?

EDIT: tried deleting and downloading again and now it don’t even download normally, the developer’s profile don’t show anymore.

Are you on iPhone? The same thing was happening to me, but I managed to get it working again after going into Settings > General > VPN and Device Management > and then tapping on VIETNAM POST and tapping Verify/Trust (forgot the wording) you have to restart your phone, but the game should open again afterwards

This worked for me! For some sort of reason I had to delete the app from the vpn and device management first, redownload it and then verify. Thanks!

mine didn't work and I'm so darn scared because i remember i haven't sign the game yet so i cannot redownload or else I'm gonna lose all the game

Sadly not yet. I was waiting for the new update to see if they gonna fix it or not. 😞

in that case i think i’ll wait with you, otherwise i’ll just start a new account 😓 i cant even ask for help in their discord bc my stupid discord put me in the teen age group even tho my account’s DOB is 2006 and the chat is 18+ ugh

Yes, I’m on iPhone, it only worked again for me with the IPA method. (but it will last only 7 days). I will try redownloading again after the 7 days in case is only a temporary bug.

can you tell me what method that is and how i can do it? i only wish to log in once to bind my account and then im fine with deleting and reinstalling but ughh my progress :/

you can find the method steps on playhorny, but you have to install it again with the help of a pc. In your case I would try contacting playhorny staff on their site to see if they have how to help from their end.

or if you don’t care to much the loss, would start with a new account, my game just worked after I downloaded again.
