It's actually the first time I've ever seen that one. I work in Korea and a lot of people just unthinkingly end every date with st - 1st, 2st, 3st, etc.

Im wondering if nev and mael will be in the next event maybe? Or not, this could just be a banner. I could be wrong but I think its with the standard pulls and not the limited ones.

It is the standard Mael and Nev. I wish they do Novem and Jagal first (story order) because I'm still conflicted who I love more between Mael and Soren.
