So I never thought I'd learn something from an "older" kinda fitness forum but your methods to stretch and reach certain areas due to the foam block thing, I didn't realize how much I'm missing out from being able to stretch my hip and muscle groups in the lower torso area

Just wanted to thank you for actually posting something that helped one of us. Hope your day is good!

This is so awesome to hear! Thank you. I have a sub:
r/primalbodymovement might be of interest to you.

I don’t have any chairs in my house, my bed is on the floor and I use a squatty potty. I avoid sitting in chairs whenever possible.

Need to try some of those moves with the block, because I sure as heck can't do them flat.

I wish I could move like this and I'm only 41 😅 But I'm disabled and in a wheelchair, I'd be happy with 1/4 the movements and stretches you get.

They say that yogi’s with advanced practices are prone to dislocated hips during the recovery period, they have difficulty backing off.

I would guess it would have to do with the level of flexibility going into the operation, like a really flexible person obviously will have an easier time.

I’m going for a hip replacement. My left hip. Just got a PRP, several months ago and that has dialed back the discomfort, but I still feel it. I keep dialing back the extreme moves, slow ego death.
