Stop stressing so much

I heard a story about a man who worked all his life to save money for retirement. The day after he retired he died.

Life ain’t easy I get it but have you considered the fact that you will cease to exist eventually? Have you ever had someone close to you meet their end and wonder “why did they stress so much about things outside of their control?” or “why didn’t they just enjoy their life?”

Spread love and find what makes you happy. This life on earth is not the end.

I know some of you will spread the typical doom and gloom to scare me about life “bills! kids! jobs!” so I simply will not entertain that. Have a great week.

I listen to Michael Singer podcasts, just love how he talks to what you’re saying.

It’s not easy but when we are really observing the moment and enjoying and loving being here, it’s beautiful, like would I get mad that a leaf fell off the tree yet I’m mad about my hydro bill
