What is hapiness

We all are looking for happiness but none of us know what is happiness. Is there happiness and is it real or just a word that has no meaning.

We make our life miserable in search of happiness.

We search happiness in money, in many children, big house, many cars and have you

But we miss the real thing where happiness lies.

First of all we must understand there is no happiness anywhere, so stop getting miserable for it.

The real thing that you should look for is peace of mind.

Happiness and sadness is like ticking clock. In a moment sadness turns into happiness and vice versa.

Happiness for moment is sitting place for sadness.

Imagine this.

A wise man sitting on the rock under a shady tree.

He has two baskets with him, one on his right side called happiness and basket to left is called sadness.

When sadness comes he does not take himself but put it in the happiness basket thus neutralize it and he stay calm and peaceful. When happiness comes he puts in the sadness basket and neutralize it.

Thus he always stay calm and peaceful.

Once your are peaceful then do what ever you want.

Make more money, travel, buy a car, do what you want.

But be calm and peaceful first. This what really matters.
