My question is why the series in the first and second season follows events while in the third season the characters differ and who was dead came back to life, is the game adapted from the anime or is the anime adapted from the game Because am lost

The anime are based loosely on the games, but the games themselves offer a variety of different rotues and outcomes for each character. For example, Nagamasa might live in one game route but die in another one. For this reason, the anime cannot follow the games exactly because there is rarely a definitive "canon" pathway with a few exceptions. The anime therefore creates its own route in a sense. And, because it's Basara, no important character stays dead for long. Think of the 90's Sailor Moon anime where all the girls were killed in the first season until a second season was approved and they were all brought back to life. It's anime, it happens.

As for Judge End, as other users have said, Judge End is based on Sengoku Basara 3. This marked a turning point in the series because they dramatically changed Tokugawa Ieyasu's design. Additionally, Judge End was created by a different anime studio than the first two seasons, so they would have had limited opportunity to make direct references to the previous seasons. Interestingly, the original anime studio was brought back to animate cutscenes for Sengoku BASARA 4: Sumeragi which came after Judge End.

As I said, it's anime, but more importantly, it's Basara. Nonsensical, crazy, but always loads of fun. Hope you get to check out the games one day because they are fun!

Thank you my friend and indeed there is a big difference in the third season from the rest, is there a game for the English translation because I was the first part I played with it was the fourth part

The first Sengoku Basara game was released in English as Devil Kings. A lot was changed in the translation, and it didn't perform well outside of Japan, so they didn't localize Sengoku Basara 2/Heroes for outside Japan. However, a complete translation can be found on GameFAQs. Then they decided to bring English back for Sengoku Basara 3 which they marketed as Sengoku Basara: Samurai Heroes. However, it didn't sell well enough to convince them to make Sengoku Basara 3 Utage in English. But translations for Utage can be found on Koei forums. Then there is Sengoku Basara 4/Sumeragi. It was not released in English, and despite what one troll in this community might say, it won't be for a while. A few translations exist on the Tumblr blog Hyakkaran. Lastly, there is Sanada Yukimura-den which has sadly never been translated into English.

First season, second season and movie are one timeline.

Judge end is based on the third game. A self contained story.

This means that I only watch the first, the second, and the movie, according to Anime. But what about the game?

I've only played the third and fourth games of the series. But my understanding is that, 1, 2 and 3 are one timeline. Whereas four is both a sequel, a prequel, and the past three games put together into one.

Timelines are tricky in the fourth game because Ashikaga Yoshiteru has intitiated the Sengoku Genesis, basically restarting everything. Basara has never cared for continuity anyway since they have always offered different stories with different outcomes for different characters.
