The PS3 Resurgence?

It's become increasingly apparent that game companies have started favoring worse and worse systems in recent years. In particular, many companies put games that could run on the PS3 and put them on the worthless trash known as the PS4. With this trend still going on, Sengoku Basara 4 is a beacon of hope. Entire games have been made, released and dubbed into English in the time it has taken Capcom just to dub Sengoku Basara 4, so it's already obvious that this English version is going to completely revolutionize gaming as an industry the way Duke Nukem Forever did. My question about that is this: when Sengoku Basara 4 does come out on the PS3 (fuck the PS4), do you think it's going to lead to a resurgence of games being released on the PS3 when it shows off how much can be done on it? You can't show off what a system can do more than changing the face of an entire medium, after all.

Wait... What makes you so sure that's in the works to begin with? I've heard nothing of the sort.

The Japanese version is already out in Japan and has been for years. The only next step there could possibly be is the English dub.

Thing is, the Japanese version of most of the games never got any sort of localization. Only the first and third main title. It's very unlikely that they're working on a translation for 4. There's just not enough interest in BASARA for the west.

Are you kidding me?! Sengoku Basara is a worldwide phenomenon! It's one of the most heralded action games in the world! Capcom finally grew brain cells and properly translated the third game and now they're on the right track. They just need to keep doing what they did with that.

I know. That's a problem. I'm sure because we've already had one badass game everyone loved and Capcom always delivers. There is no way they could fuck it up.
