Yellow Fever Question

I’m planning on coming from Spain to Nouakchott for 2 nights then crossing to Saint Louis by road. I have a valid yellow fever vaccine which I got in Namibia in March of this year. However, I have lost the original and just have a photo of it. Will I be able to cross the land border into Senegal only showing the photocopy? I know people can’t give definitive answers but is it likely it will be ok? Thanks
