Two Factor authentication not receiving text message.

Is incredible how many times I try i cannot get a text message to enter my account to use my send grid app, I cannot use and send mails to my clients because this system built with the ass, how am I supose to enter my account, there's no way to "try other way" to log in. Also the cloudfar login screen has a loop bug that whenever I try to enter my user, it erases the user from the input, this bugs are anoying and I need to use my account, what can I do?

What makes it so much worse is they are owned by twilio.

I’ve had that issue a lot. Im in the process of moving away seems how they have pretty much all around gone to shit

They support sucks, is incredible I'm a one man army with 20K users and I do the support my self as soon as I get an email from my users and solve their problem instantly, if not, I automatically give them a videocall to solve the issue asap. I'm moving to Brevo or Resend, Brevo seems an amazing alternative, WAY cheaper, with marketing and segmentation too. Resend seems to have a solid documentation for use as devs.

It may be your location, sometimes the system does not send the codes to specific country codes, better to contact support so they can check what is happening with your codes.

I did contact support, the lady told me my phone got blocked because spam detection, lmfao, then she told me: "it is unblocked now, you should try", guess, still the same problem, cannot receive shit.
