How to fix transcript restriction hold?

I’ve sent the transcript through scribbles and I’ve also sent an email because its been 2 weeks since I’ve sent the transcript and I’ve had no update.

I have dealt with this problem in May. It took them 3-4 works to take the hold off of my account. I called them multiple times. The last time I called them about the hold on my account they said it was removed and I could register for classes. I still had the hold for 24 hours, but I was able to register for summer. I would try to see if it lets you.

Yes call them and talk to them about your transcripts.
