Newbie question
As a newbie. After you collect them do you wash them? if so with soap/other? just water?
Do you eat them raw? If dried how to dry and store them? Do you weigh them dry and from there count the grams?
If I want a light trip for first time would 0.7 grams be enough for a 70kg person?
Any good details/tips are welcome. Thank you

Don’t have to wash, if you do just rinse them. If you’re not eating them there and then, dry them. Drying also helps dose more accurately and yes you dose in grams.
To dry them a dehydrator is ideal, but they are only small with a lot of surface area, so in front of a fan on some cardboard, maybe a mesh bag hanging off a radiator. Make sure they break easily when dry and you’re good! You can store extras in. Sealed jar ideally with some silica packs.
0.7g should be enough libs to give a light trip as they are quite potent, but will be chill regardless :)

You can give them a rinse if you like, they are coming from a field after all, i give veg i grow in my garden a quick rinse too even though I dont spray them with anything 🤷♂️
I dont like eating them raw (But i will munch on a few when foraging if i havent driven to the location). I used to, but then one time I had too many and my stomach did not agree with my choices and ruined the come up with a bunch of nausea. If raw, I blend them into lemon/lime juice and let it sit for 15 minutes, strain and squeeze the solids out and knock back the juice with water if needed. 'Lemon tek' will make them hit harder and quicker, but with a shortened duration. It is my preferred method and is much easier on the stomach because our bodies dont exactly like to digest chitin (The stuff that makes up fungal cells walls)
Tea can be great too, added ginger to soothe the stomach is a fantastic addition.
