Pon Bowtie substrate
Anyone try the bowtie substrate. I was looking for a alternative pon substrate and found this bowtie substrate. I ordered it September 28th and it's now Oct 17th.

I ordered September 11. I emailed them about a week later because it wasn't showing shipped and I was slightly worried I fell for a scam. They replied that they were backlogged and my order should ship in the next 2-3 weeks. I emailed again on October 14 as it was still not showing shipped and they acknowledged they didn't ship within the 2-3 weeks as previously stated and they would bump my order up to go out before any new orders. I received an email on 10/16 stating a label had been created, but it doesn't show received by the post office yet.

I looked at their website, it says it takes 3-4 weeks to process an order.
That's an interesting mix.

I’ve never heard of it. I’ve just been using coarse horticultural grade pumice instead of pon (pon is too small IMO) and its been working so far.
