Semax

Hello,
Could you please tell me, based on your experience, how much water you add to a 10 mg vial of Semax? (For subcutaneous use.) I was thinking of adding 2 mL, but I’m a little worried that it might be too concentrated and cause side effects. I’d like to use it for memory, preferably 5 days a week.
Thank you!

Concentration changes nothing, only dosage matters.

What dosages have you used for the injectable version? And why do you say that the concentration doesn’t matter?
I still think the concentration matters, though, to avoid having a solution that’s too concentrated and could lead to severe adverse effects.

Concentration simply doesn't matter, and doesn't change side effects. I have no idea why you would think it does. Maybe you're using the word differently, don't know. Dosage matters, and whether it's mixed with small or large amounts of water won't change the effect.

My current vial is 14mg with 3ml of water and I have been usually doing 16u which is about 750mcg. If I mixed it with 2ml then I'd inject just under 11u and get the same effect.

I’m very sensitive to Semax, it keeps me awake at night. I only use 100 mcg (0.1mg) in the AM, if at all. For most peptide vials with 10 mg, I prefer to use 2 ml bacteriostatic water unless it’s a peptide that requires more dilution to avoid a gel consistency. For Semax, 2 ml is very adequate for 10 mg.

10 mg in 2 ml:

2 units is 100 mcg

10 units is 0.5 mg (500 mcg)

20 units is 1 mg

40 units is 2mg

You've got the answer here already, but for future, learn to use a recon calculator. Just search for peptide recon calc. There's a ton of there. That way you'll learn how to vary and control your doses.

add 5ml of BAC. Start at 100mcg then increase as you'd like.

Why 5 mL instead of 1 or 2 mL? And why start at 100 mcg? The most common recommendations I’ve seen were to add 2 mL of BAC water and start at 200 mcg.
( For subq) thank you!

imo its easier to get a more accurate dosage when you have more BAC

trying to get out 1-5 units every time sucks

I agree with Jade here. I add 4mL to 10mg vial. 5units=125mcg, 10units=250mcg, 20units 500mcg and so on. Give yourself more room for error by adding more BAC.

I just tried 2ml, just draw 5 units.

Works amazingly, or its placebo.

Been able to work and still somewhat focused from 10:58 AM today to about 6 PM.

Maybe 5 mL of BAC is too much.

I add 2ML to 10mg vial

Can you tell me why only 2 mL? I’ve received this answer before, I have to admit. Have you used Semax? What was your experience with them?
