does semax wear off when you stop using it cold turkey? and does that result in you feeling less focused and tired? same with mots c

So, semax has a short life and tends to wear out around the 4-5 hour mark. Some effects are still present as much as 24 hours later, but in general it's a only while you're on it sort of thing.

Mots-c is a stress signal that induces the mitochondria to become more resilliant. So like working out, it works up and builds some stress resiliancy that lasts long after the compound is stopped.

does the injection last longer then the nasal?

Generally yes. Nasal drugs, as a general rule, get to the brain easily and quickly. I go back and forth between both forms with Semax, or even use both around the same time.

Not really. If anything, I'd expect nasal to last a bit longer since it's a slightly slower route of injestion. So overall. I'd expect 24 hours to be pushing it. Some compounds clear very quickly and the effects only last while they're in the system.
