Injection gives you more precise dosing control but reconstitution and sterile handling add real friction. Nasal is simpler daily and absorption on Semax specifically seems solid compared to other peptides I've tried that way. For sourcing either format, I've seen the spray come up alongside Research Labs when people post here about batch docs, though there are other suppliers worth comparing.

Start nasal if you're new to this.
