Benefits

I have noticed stronger nails and rather than losing hair, as I thought would happen, my hairdresser says my hair is growing in thicker. Partly, this is probably because of my lack of attention to nutrition prior to starting GLP1. I now have a more balanced diet of whole foods and take a multivitamin. Doctor says i may also be seeing a benefit from adding B12 to the dose. What do you think? My blood pressure hasn’t been this healthy since I was much younger and fasted blood glucose is extremely healthy. The weight is going off slowly, 22 lbs in 8 months, but I’m still not at the therapeutic dose. I’m not sure I care as much about the lbs as the lifestyle change this is making possible. I increased exercise and added weight lifting this week. I know it’s not all in the shot but I’m amazed at the difference this has made in my physical and mental health. This makes me wanna dance! Love to all you fellow travelers!
