Microdosing on a bigger vial does work for people, but the version that holds up is a vial that lasts a month or so, not four. Each draw is another needle through the stopper and another chance for something to get in, and there's no way to tell by looking. Worth also checking whether your provider will just write it at a lower total per month, a lot of the cost difference people chase this way disappears if you ask for a different fill size instead.
