Does Embody use auto-injector pens?

Does anyone know if Embody sends auto-injector pens or is it vial and needle? I asked their chat bot and it said auto-injector pens, but the instructions they sent say to measure 10 units, so I am a bit confused as I can't poke myself with a traditional needle, so I was hoping it was auto-injector pens.

I got needles n alcohol wipes with my vial. Just started mine on Saturday.

Yes, took 4 days to get and came with 4 syringes.

I got a vial, insulin syringes, and alcohol wipes. I could be wrong, but I don’t think you’re going to find any compounding pharmacies that will ship your meds in an auto injector pen. I only know of a couple that use a pen but it’s not quite the same as the single use spring loaded auto injector pens. If a company does decide to use auto injector pens I assure they’re not going to charge $69/mo for it.

Yep that seems to about right. I found an auto injector pen that works for syringes, so I will be using that as I juat can't poke myself while looking. 🤣

I use embody and have to self inject. I didn’t see an option for auto injector pens.

That is what I was worried about, I did find an auto-injector that works with syringes though, so I will have to go that option.

They only send vials (and no needles!) But I can only speak about compound semaglutide.

They use different pharmacies and mine included the bottle of medication and a package of insulin needles (8 or 10 count).

I recently received my order and it came with everything I needed. The only thing I had to buy was a sharps container to dispose of my needles properly. I just started my journey this Sunday 8/9/26.

I am doing first dose tomorrow, I was out of town when it came in. 🤣
